• This four-story 35,700 square foot office building is located just east of the Delaware River on the bank of the Delaware-Raritan Canal. Opened in 2006, the Canal Banks Building, a build-to-suit for Thomas Edison State College, housed their Information Center and other administrative functions.
• Making this project even more unique is the 15,000 square foot parking facility under the building. The first floor tenant space is elevated by a foundation of 30-inch diameter caissons drilled into bed rock because of it’s close proximity to the canal.
